Sara Blanks Bolton is a devoted Myofunctional Therapist who is passionate about aiding individuals in enhancing their health and well-being through functional oral and facial exercises. Having experienced a Myofunctional Disorder, specifically Sleep Apnea, firsthand, she is deeply aware of its significant impact on one's life. After undertaking and completing therapy for herself, Sara was inspired to undergo professional training, allowing her to gain a deeper understanding of the condition and the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches. With a background as a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and a Bachelor’s degree in Theater, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and creative communication skills to her practice. Sara believes in the power of holistic approaches to address breathing, swallowing, and facial function issues, empowering her clients to achieve greater health. Her diverse experiences allow her to connect with clients on a personal level, making therapy not just effective but also engaging for people of all ages. Outside of her practice, Sara continues to explore her love for the arts, as well as spend time with her 3 fur babies Tucker, Butters, and Bela.
